Our Quality Governance
To guarantee a high level of quality and safety, the institution implements several structured initiatives:
A Quality and Risk Management Steering Committee responsible for monitoring indicators and improvement plans
Regular internal evaluations (audits, professional practice assessments, feedback reviews)
Reporting and analysis of adverse events to prevent recurrence
Ongoing professional training in patient safety, compassionate care, and risk management
Prevention of healthcare-associated infections
Systematic consideration of the patient’s voice through satisfaction and experience surveys (eSatis) and the handling of complaints and claims
As part of a continuous improvement approach, additional measures will further strengthen quality governance.
