<strong data-start=\"375\" data-end=\"385\">7 lits<\/strong> et accueille des patients n\u00e9cessitant une prise en charge m\u00e9dicale, de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation et de r\u00e9adaptation apr\u00e8s un \u00e9pisode aigu ou une hospitalisation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"789\">Ce service a pour vocation de <strong data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"602\">favoriser le retour \u00e0 l\u2019autonomie<\/strong> et d\u2019accompagner le patient dans la <strong data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"690\">reprise de son niveau de fonctionnement optimal<\/strong>, en proposant une prise en
